Buscamos un/a Key Account Manager (KAM) que sea responsable de atraer y mantener clientes estratégicos a largo plazo, trabajará y coordinará la estrategia de ventas de las Grandes Cuentas con los diferentes departamentos de la compañía: comercial, marketing, formulación, calidad, operaciones, servicio al cliente, compras, etc

**Acerca del puesto: Key Account Manager**

**Responsabilidades**:

- Ejecución de la estrategia captación y crecimiento de las cuentas clave
- Planificación y ejecución del plan de ventas de acuerdo con los objetivos y metas establecidas, asegurándose que los planes de ventas se realizarán y alcanzarán los objetivos establecidos.
- Análisis de datos de ventas y tendencias del mercado.
- Identificación de oportunidades de crecimiento.
- Negociación de acuerdos comerciales.
- Identificación y resolución de problemas de clientes.
- Elaboración de informes de ventas y análisis del mercado.
- Puesta en marcha de planes de acción para corregir desviaciones sobre el plan de cuenta.

**Aptitudes y experiência**

**Cualificaciones**:

- Experiência de al menos 7 años en puestos de trabajo similares
- Habilidad de negociación y gestión de objeciones
- Trabajo en equipo multidisciplinares, orientación a resultados, capacidad de organización y habilidades comunicativas.
- Experiência trabajando con sistemas CRM.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
- Español e inglés fluido
