About this role:
Nielsen is a leading company in online and television research, providing measurement solutions that give clients a comprehensive understanding of the online world. We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Account Manager to support our suite of digital products and services. In this role, you will play a key part in the growth and development of our unique and innovative capabilities in this exciting field.

What you need to succeed:

- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple projects and client engagements.
- Creative problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills to ensure client satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Positive attitude, boundless energy, and a passion for contributing to the advancement of digital media measurement.
- Ability to provide support and training on our technical product solutions.
- Readiness to assist other team members as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a diverse client and product portfolio on a day-to-day basis.
- Support the integration of client SDKs from technical kickoff to ongoing post-production support and QA checks.
- Assist clients in implementing and testing the Nielsen SDK on their web and mobile platforms, troubleshooting any issues.
- Effectively communicate and explain the attributes of our SDK to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Participate actively in the processes surrounding our digital products.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- Aptitude for learning new systems and processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Understanding of Mobile App/Web/Internet Technologies.
- Experience with web and app-based video players, content management systems, and tagging technologies.
- Experience with online products and technologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
