En **Grupo Planeta **estamos buscando activamente a un/a **HR Business Partner Junior** para Barcelona.

**¿En qué consistirá tu día a día?**
- Realizarás seguimiento de la unidad de negocio asignada.
- Evaluarás las necesidades de Recursos Humanos de la división juntamente con los Managers para contribuir al diseño de soluciones efectivas de recursos humanos relacionadas con el diseño organizacional, compensación y beneficios, desarrollo del talento, compromiso de los empleados, gestión del desempeño, retención, etc.
- Analizarás datos y brindarás recomendaciones para mejorar procesos y políticas.
- Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de recursos humanos de central compartiendo las mejores prácticas y actualizaciones durante las revisiones periódicas.
- Proporcionarás métricas de RRHH., informe de personal y otros informes ad hoc.
- Serás el punto de contacto RRHH para los empleados: Resolverás incidencias y dudas que puedan tener nuestros empleados a nível RRHH.

- Experiência de 1 año o en posición similares de RRHH.
- Valorable un nível de inglés alto (**nível Advanced**).
- Persona con energía, resolutiva, con capacidad de comunicación y visión estratégica en la implementación de políticas de RRHH.
