Business Continuity Manager

We are looking for a Business Continuity Manager to support us in building a best in class business continuity framework across all of our operations across Europe and Mauritius.
**Key activities You will be working on the following key activities**:
- Develop and roll out operational business continuity training across all countries understanding the need to tailor the training to suit all maturity levels.
- Develop and maintain an annual operational business continuity review and training schedule.
- Support all countries in developing and maintaining their own BC plans.
- Maintain the Business Continuity Policy and associated internal and external Customer facing documentation.
- Align with industry best practices including ISO22301 and share best practices across the business.
- Be the ‘go-to’ person for all business continuity activities.
- Respond to Customer questions providing the appropriate corporate responses.
**Profile Technical Competencies**:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a business continuity/business resilience role. - Experience in developing and conducting business continuity training including basic, desk top and full simulation.
- Experience with industry best practices and techniques.
- Experience and knowledge of ISO22301 framework and requirements.
- Qualifications or certificates in a relevant field are a plus, but not essential.
**Personal Competences**:
- Passionate about business resilience, driving improvement and raising knowledge to increase maturity levels across the organisation.
- You have excellent adaptable communication skills and are at ease answering questions around our business continuity framework to our Customers and other stakeholders.
- You have attention to detail but can still see the wider picture, understand the business impact and have the ability to articulate this.
- You are autonomous, proactive and takes the initiative and gets things done through to completion.
- You have the ability to work in a fast changing environment.
- You love to work in an international team in which you will have contact with colleagues from multiple countries and backgrounds.
- You are able to take a pragmatic approach in order to come up with solutions which are simple and feasible while keeping the end user in mind. - Fluent spoken and written, English language skills.
