**Regional Sales Manager - Iberia (Head & Neck Business)**

You will be part of a very collaborative & innovative team who focus on developing talent in the organisation and providing first in class service for our customers and patients.
**What You will Do**:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the management of his/her sales district, the leadership of his/her employees as well as sales/turnover, so that optimized customer service and acquisition of new customers is guaranteed.
You will directly lead a team of Sales Representatives and have responsibility for managing our indirect sales channels.
You will develop highly talented members of your team and play a key role in identifying & bringing new talent into the business.
You will be responsible for the continued excellent performance of the Team and guide the team towards exceeding all applicable KPI’s & targets.
Your problem-solving ability will be utilised every day, working with your teams to analyse and resolve any issues that arise.
You and your team are the privileged interlocutors of all decision-makers in healthcare establishments (hospitals / clinics) concerning the purchase and use of: Stryker’s Neurosurgical capital equipment and consumables (Neurosurgery, Spine: Spine surgery, ENT: ENT surgery).
Stryker implants and solutions in the CMF surgery context (Cranio-Maxillo-Facial surgery) for the head and neck, mainly dedicated to osteosynthesis.
You will build local clinical champions to support driving forward both current and future technology platforms across the Head & Neck portfolio.
You will accompany important price negotiations, contract conclusions, as well as larger product workshops together with your sales team.
You will build up a network with important key customers, decision-makers, and key opinion leaders.
You will understand and utilize market dynamics to support business acceleration.
You will take a creative approach to new business development for both current and future technologies.
**What You Need**:
- Education - Preferably training in a medical, scientific, technical career or degree in sciences, economics or similar.
- Successful sales and/or marketing experience essential.
- Experience in team leadership.
- Strong Economic & Product knowledge.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiating skills.
- Sense of responsibility and an ability to work under pressure
- Ability to handle communications, criticism and conflict.
- Flexibility.
- Knowledge of a CRM system.
- Knowledge of an ERP system.
- Computer skills, MS Office.
- Very good written and spoken English.
- Presentation skills.
