**What to expect**:
Become part of our Team in Barcelona as

**Sales Manager (M/F/d) Spain**

**Your Tasks**:

- Distribution of our innovative mobile software solutions for the areas of warehousing, logistics, production as well as customer and sales field service in the Spanish Market
- Independent acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing customer relationships, e.g. through identification of cross-selling and up-selling potentials
- Presentation of our software solutions to the customer online and on site
- Analysis of business processes and development of solution concepts in cooperation with internal IT consultants and software developers
- Calculation, preparation and post-processing of quotations
- Leading contract negotiations with decision-makers to the conclusion with responsibility for sales and results
- Support at sales and marketing events and trade fairs
- Work together with the marketing team converting leads into business
- Elaborate and execute go-to-market strategies. Definition of sales plan, elaborate material / presentations for the company success in the target region

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Completed technical or business studies or comparable qualification
- First practical experience in sales with complex IT solutions requiring explanation is an advantage
- Ideally knowledge of business processes and ERP systems
- Strong solution and service orientation as well as joy in distribution
- Enthusiasm, persuasiveness, assertiveness and reasoning skills
- Intercultural competence and willingness to travel
- German and Spanish at native level, fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Constant travels to Germany for training and networking with the global sales team
- Hands on, flexibility, start-up mentality eager to build together a career
