Buscamos a un Customer Success Executive con ganas de crecer con un proyecto.

Somos una startup que mejora la relación entre bares y usuarios.

Ofrecemos al bar un menú interactivo desde el cual el comensal puede pedir, pagar y dar propinas desde su dispositivo móvil. Aumentamos la venta, fidelización y las propinas un 10%.

Valoramos por encima de todo la motivación y las ganas de afrontar nuevos retos y crecer profesionalmente. Como Customer Success Executive tu serás una parte fundamental del crecimiento de nuestra empresa.

Nuestro objetivo es tener un equipo que sienta la empresa como si fuera tuya, disfrute involucrándose al máximo y quiera ofrecer algo a los usuarios que les aporte valor en el día a día. Trabajarás codo con codo con el equipo fundador y podrás crecer profesionalmente a medida que el proyecto crece.

**¿Qué necesitamos?**
- Formación: ingeniería, ADE, o similares.
- Alguien con orientación al detalle y procesos.
- Se valora de forma positiva tener experiência previa en una startup, si has tenido experiência en una startup de hostelería/fintech sería un plus.
- Nível de inglés alto.
- Conocimiento de herramientas como CRMs, Google Tools, Slack y Notion.
- Coche propio y capacidad de desplazarse.

**¿Qué harás?**
- Gestionar la implementación de nuevos clientes.
- Desarrollar el proceso de implementación, para que cada vez sea más escalable y eficiente. Aportar nuevas metodologías y procesos.
- Visitarás a los clientes que se cierren para implementar el producto, recabar feedback y hacer seguimiento.
- Reportarás tu actividad y te coordinarás con el equipo fundador para poder mejorar y aportar nuevas soluciones a los retos que puedan surgir en el día a día.
- Formar parte de un equipo joven, dinámico y apasionado que trabaja día a día con la visión de conectar el mundo físico con el digital.

**¿Qué ofrecemos?**
- Contrato indefinido con jornada jornada
- Salario competitivo: 18k fijos + variables (hasta 8k)
- Flexibilidad horaria
