You will be part of a department with a major impact on the business supporting significant growth levels within MED region. Supporting both supply chain and Repair/Service Sales/Service Operation MED.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support service contract and Aftermarket sales with large (key account) and medium sized customers within MED Region (SEUT/MENA/LATAM)
- To provide Transport solutions/prices tool/lead time to Sales in order to be faster and accurate on Customer tenders/quotations.
- To support Sales on Pre Calc preparation and to guarantee Post Calc with no Transport deviations and achieving Sales margins
- To focus on Supply Chain distribution set up and optimize transport/logistic flow to lower down costs (end to end Transport flow from suppliers to Service sites)
- To support Sales/Repair to provide high quality Spare Parts repair offers (Repair cost + Transport costs) and to provide inputs when Repair is necessary to be localized.
- To explore Air/Sea/Road/Train intermodal solutions to improve overall lead time and costs specifically for MED countries.
- To engage Transport providers both Global and Local in MED to implement flexible and most economical transport solutions.
- To coordinate RPO MED indirect for any local MED Transport Contracts with support by Legal MED to limit any contractual risks and extra costs with Transport Suppliers (extra transport cost like fuel surcharge/waiting time/temporary storage, etc)
- To coordinate/support Buying team on P2P process (PR/PO process, Invoices P&B, cost allocation, etc)
- To receive NCs inputs in order to improve Transport providers quality (Delays/Material lost/Material damaged, etc)
- To coordinate Transport MED on Customs responsibility and taxes and to support cost out initiatives at Operational phase (exception docs, reduce storage costs, etc) and to provide feedback to Sales for new emerging countries tenders.

Qualifications:

- University degree in business or engineering specialized in Logistic
- Experience in both Logistic/Commercial roles
- Business level communication skills in English/Spanish and a plus French
- Six Sigma/Lean
- Project Management

Competencies:

- High degree for Logistic and Transport distribution
- Proven negotiation skills
- Good communication skills
- Enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team
- Structured way of working also in time-sensitive situations
- SAP and TM (Transport Module) knowledge
- Road/Air/Rail/intermodal knowledge
- Ability to move things forward with limited supervision
