Dentro del equipo de Dentsu Madrid buscamos un Client Executive.
El propósito de esta función es proporcionar apoyo y asistencia en todas las áreas de la gestión del negocio del cliente y mantener el buen funcionamiento de las actividades cotidianas.
Tiene un foco especialmente en tareas de análisis de datos, informes relacionados con campañas o negocio e incluso tareas de revisión de dashboarding y conexión de los datos.

Job Description:
**Responsabilidades**:
Colaboración y Coordinación
- Trabaja en colaboración con sus compañeros y, si procede, con los mercados locales de Dentsu para satisfacer las necesidades del servicio al cliente.
- Coordina la actividad asegurándose de que los proyectos y planes se ejecuten conforme a los objetivos y dentro del plazo y presupuesto establecidos.

Soporte al Cliente
- Apoya al equipo en la gestión de peticiones específicas del cliente, como informes, análisis de datos y estudios de negocio/medios.
- Mantiene actualizado el dashboard de medios y negocio del cliente, utilizando las herramientas necesarias para verificar su correcto funcionamiento.

Supervisión de Datos
- Supervisa el buen funcionamiento del flujo de datos para los seguimientos del dashboard, incluyendo la ingesta de información del cliente o de terceros.
- Trabaja de la mano con otras áreas para mejorar procesos, aumentar la eficiencia de los datos, evolucionar los informes con el cliente y mejorar el dashboard del cliente.

Requisitos:

- Experiência previa en roles similares.
- Conocimiento en análisis de datos y herramientas de gestión de dashboards.
- Dominio del español e inglés.
