EUROPE ZONE, D2C OPERATION TEAM, Job position based in Madrid
The D2C Operation’s team scope:
- Team of 25 Operations experts
- Direct animation of several E third parties & internal stakeholders
- Retail: 132 free standing stores + counters - 4 brands - 10 countries
- Ecommerce: 95 web shops: 35 brands - 12 countries
- B2023 / 170M€ Sell out
- Métiers covered:
Upstream supply chain: Catalog & assortment, Forecast, replenishment, stock management
Downstream supply chain: EPayments, E-Fulfillment, E transport, E-customer care
➔ Zone Retail Supply Chain Planner / Europe D2C Operation / based in Madrid
Manage a Portfolio of stores in several countries.
- Work landscape / Stakeholders:
o Local teams:
Field: Retail manager / Store manager / BA’s
HQ: Marketing, Brand manager, finance, master data
o Zone teams
Brand teams, S&OP, L&P
- Stores Replenishment: Ensure store replenishment on time in full
o Management of STAR replenishment tool (settings, calendar, class ABC)
o Business alignment (forecast strategy)
o Order creation
o Delivery follow-up
- Catalog management: Contribution to store assortment & catalog management
o Store assortment
o Catalog definition & performance
- Stock management: Manage stock activities to ensure the best accuracy
o Ensure monthly stock reconciliation between SAP & Mars (Point of Sale tool)
o Stock equation / sensitive movements follow-up
o Transfer between stores
o Warehouse return
- Reporting / Analysis:
o Kpi’s follow-up, sales performance
o Stock process formalization
- Continuous improvement / transformation
- project leader
- Master’s degree (university / business school / engineer school)
- First experience in supply chain (preferred but not required)
- English fluent, French would be a plus
- Business oriented
- Problem solving mind set
- SAP knowlededge
- Strong team spirit
