**Overview**
En Syneos Health Spain estamos buscando un/a Scientific Representative (“SR”), para dar soporte a la promoción de la cartera de productos de nuestro Cliente promoviendo varias líneas de marcas e indicaciones. El puesto requiere que identifique Farmacias locales y Médicos de Atención Primaria y que desarrolle el plan de negocios territorial realizando visitas, con interacciones tanto presenciales como remotas e iniciativas de marketing sobre el territorio asignado.
**Responsibilities**
- Cubrir el territorio asignado donde el/la representante identificará y desarrollará interacciones basadas en el valor con los Profesionales de Farmacias y Atención Primaria utilizando sus conocimientos para asegurar la adecuación con la estrategia regional y nacional.
- Cumplir con un plan de negocios establecido dentro del presupuesto y de los plazos acordados.
- Cumplir con otros indicadores claves de desempeño según lo indicado.
- Hacer uso del sistema CRM para implementar la planificación, las ventas y el análisis de territorio.
- Proporcionar formación a los Profesionales de Salud sobre el uso efectivo, apropiado y seguro de los productos y de la futura cartera para asegurar resultados óptimos para el paciente.
- Identificar Profesionales de Salud en los alrededores de las Farmacias con interés especial para promocionar los productos del Cliente.
**Job Requirements**
- Grado en Ciencias de la Salud.
- Experiência previa en ventas.
- Experiência en promoción a Profesionales de Farmacia y Atención Primaria.
- Experiência trabajando con un enfoque multicanal sería una ventaja.
- Experiência previa en detailing en varias áreas terapéuticas (incluyendo Dermatología, Alergia y Abandono del Tabaquismo, Salud Oral) sería beneficioso.
- Conocimientos sobre el entorno de mercado y sus retos.
