**Location**: Flexible (Remote)
**Responsibilities**:
**Talent Acquisition**:
Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs within the dynamic beauty sector.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
**Onboarding**:
Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure a seamless integration of new hires into our vibrant culture.
Collaborate with HR and department heads to create onboarding materials and training plans tailored to the beauty industry.
Monitor and enhance onboarding processes for continuous improvement, reflecting the unique aspects of the beauty sector.
**Career Planning**:
Work closely with beauty industry professionals to identify career development goals and aspirations.
Implement career planning initiatives specific to the beauty and cosmetics domain, including mentorship programs and skill development opportunities.
Provide guidance on career paths and progression within the dynamic world of beauty.
**Learning and Development**:
Develop and implement a global learning and development strategy aligned with our commitment to excellence in the beauty industry.
Identify training needs, design relevant programs, and evaluate their effectiveness, keeping pace with evolving trends in the beauty sector.
Leverage technology and e-learning platforms to deliver scalable learning solutions tailored to the beauty industry.
**Global Management**:
Manage talent acquisition and development activities across multiple countries, considering cultural and regional nuances within the beauty industry.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and adapt strategies to meet the unique requirements of each beauty market.
Collaborate with local HR teams to implement consistent processes globally while recognizing the distinctive characteristics of the beauty sector.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition and development, with a focus on the beauty industry.
Proven experience with hands-on recruitment, onboarding, and career development strategies in the beauty and cosmetics field.
Strong process and systems orientation, with expertise in leveraging technology for talent management.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian and/or French is highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment within the beauty industry.
Strategic thinker with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
