Desde nuestra división de
**IT & Cloud** estamos buscando un/a Support Expert
**, **que se integrará en el equipo
** **para un cliente final del sector industrial ubicado en Madrid.

**Funciones**:

- Gestión de incidencias, proporcionando soporte de nível 1 y 2, y escalar nível 3.
- Examinar causa de los incidentes, establecer diagnostico y seguir el ciclo de la solución de incidencias.
- Proporcionar solución temporal cuando no pueda implantar solución permanente.
- Optimización de la gestión y resolución de incidencias mediante scripts y automatización.
- Presentación de informes y mejora continua: supervisando los KPI de mantenimiento y mejora continua, crear y mantener bbdd de conocimientos de incidencias y proporcionar feedback al equipo de gestión de producto.
- Gestión y soporte de la autorización de devolución de mercancías.

**Requisitos**:

- Formación como técnico superior, licenciatura/máster en tecnología de la información o relacionado.
- Experiência en IT (desarrollo software, telecomunicaciones, bbdd, redes y seguridad)
- Obligatorio nível de inglés (C1 o equivalente)
- Valorable certificación ITIL y conocimientos con Transact-SQL
