We are currently recruiting for an HR Coordinator who is fluent and English and Spanish to join our dynamic fast paced environment. This is a full time, 7 month contract (paternity cover role) for our Barcelona stores. It is a Hybrid position with 2 days per week working from home, and 3 days in the central Barcelona office. You will be reporting into the Senior HR Manager for Spain, working closely with the HR team, SSC and Store Operations teams in Barcelona, country, regional and Global HR colleagues. You will also partner with external service providers, such as recruitment related vendors, labor law institutions and our outsourced payroll vendor.

The role of the HR Coordinator is to act as a role model for all UNIQLO and Fast Retailing values and principles, attracting the best talent for our stores in Barcelona and delivering the HR services to our team in stores. You will also ensure the business is operating in compliance with legal rules and obligations.

Applications will need to be submitted in English for us to assess your english fluency.

What you will be responsible for:
- Coordinate the hiring plan and types of hiring according to the workforce plan agreed- Discussing and collecting hiring plans from stores and building up an accurate recruitment calendar-
- Full management and monitoring of the selection processes- Permanent communication and coordination with the different internal departments.- Coordinate and organize HR onboarding process for new starters including store staff- Collect and analyze data for each different recruitment process to proactively propose different selection strategies- Training of store managers in recruiting and tools- Deploy local recruiting and integration strategies for people with disabilities and refugees-
- Coordinate and follow-up with the stores on terminations, renewals, settlement, exit interviews- Manage together with the store all the leave of absences processes: sicknesses, holidays, working permits, reductions, unpaid leave- Coordinate and close follow-up of the time and attendance in store and SSC- Create, share and follow-up on HR KPI’s and reports to management or GHQ- Ensure consistency and follow-up of all internal policies and procedures in place- Constantly striving on improving processes and tools to support business in the most effective and flexible way

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor degree in HR, business administration or psychology- Experience working in a multinational/global company- Solid knowledge on recruitment with 2 plus yrs experience in retail ideally- Management of different web portals, resume databases and social media, different ways of recruiting- Knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday and/or Quinyx ideally- Fluent English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skill to be able to interact with all stakeholder levels- Ability to deliver results, proactive and autonomous- Highly organized skills to plan your week priorities according to the recruitment needs of the business- Customer centric, highly flexible, with strong work ethics and integrity
