Overview:
The Account Traffic Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of advertising campaigns for Webloyalty across all digital media platforms. Reporting directly to the Director of Partnerships, you will work closely with the Account Managers and the Marketing Acquisition team to ensure successful campaign execution and maximize campaign performance. This role requires as well as expertise in campaign management and performance optimization.

The Account Traffic Manager plays a crucial role in driving the success of Webloyalty's advertising campaigns. By leveraging their expertise in campaign management and performance optimization, they contribute to the growth and profitability of the organization.

**Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Management**:

- Launch new client campaigns on various digital media platforms, including desktop, smartphone, and tablet.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to set up A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.
- Utilize internal back-office systems, Google Campaign Manager, and SAS for reporting purposes.

**Performance Optimization**:

- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
- In coordination with the AM in charge of the campaign: Implement strategies and tactics to optimize campaign performance and enhance ROI.
- Continuously track, evaluate, and report on campaign effectiveness to internal stakeholders.

**Relationship Management**:

- Foster strong relationships with Account Managers and the Marketing Acquisition team to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding campaign strategies, performance updates, and suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in setup managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on various digital media platforms.
- Familiarity with digital advertising formats, including standard banners and rich media.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in using Google Campaign Manager and SAS for campaign management and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
