**✔Key Responsibilities**
- **
Requirement management**: identify new customer needs breaking it down translating this need in a development requirement for the development provider.
- ** Project Management**:Lead projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality results that align with business objectives.
- ** System architecture**: Ensure the architecture and design of systems are robust, scalable, and secure, integrating with existing infrastructure where necessary.
- ** Change Management**: Drive process improvements and enhancements in collaboration with the development provider to meet changing business needs and improve service quality.
- ** Escalation Handling**: Manage escalations and ensure that critical issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
- ** Reporting**: Prepare regular reports and presentations on development performance for management review.
- ** Cost Control**: Monitor and control costs associated with development operations to ensure cost-effectiveness.

**✔Qualifications**
- ** Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ** Customer needs management**: previous experience identifying, setting up and implementing new customer needs.
- ** Technical Stack**: NETCORE, Python, Angular, ML, Cloud, AWS.
- ** Data Driven thinking**: we are looking for someone that takes decisions after having data
- ** Reporting creation**: experience creating and sharing clear and simple reports
- ** Good English level**:

- ** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**:

- ** Communication skills**: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- ** Outsourced service**: experience managing outsourced services, based in KPIs tracking and achivement
