Vor
- und Zubereitung der Desserts gemäß dem täglichen Themenbuffet
Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung unseres Buffetkonzeptes und Mise en place in der Patisserie
Professioneller Service an den Live-Cooking-Stationen
Schulungen und Training der Küchenhilfen und Commis de Cuisine
Bei Bedarf auch Mithilfe auf anderen Posten im Küchenbereich
Unterstützung aller F&B Outlets und Mithilfe bei sämtlichen F&B Aktionen (Sektempfang, Gala Abend etc.)
Mithilfe bei der Bestellung in Zusammenarbeit mit Sous Chef und Küchenchef
Mitverantwortlich für die Mülltrennung und Entsorgung
Ordnung und Sauberkeit gemäß den HACCP-Leitlinien und Einhaltung der Covid-19-Maßnahmen Unser Anforderungsprofil

Du hast eine Konditor
- oder Kochlehre in der gehobenen Gastronomie absolviert und verfügst über Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position.
Durch deine hohe Eigenmotivation und dein starkes Verantwortungsbewusstsein arbeitest du selbstständig.
Du bist belastbar und flexibel einsetzbar und unterstützt das Team durch deine loyale Art.
Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kreativität.
Freude am Arbeiten in einem internationalen Team und Spaß am direkten Gästekontakt runden dein Profil ab. Wir bieten
