- Contribuir a la estrategia de ventas y superar los objetivos establecidos.
- Identificar y cultivar relaciones con clientes potenciales, gestionando la cartera de clientes existentes.
- Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de marketing para generar leads y oportunidades de negocio.
- Presentar de manera persuasiva la propuesta de valor de Vidext a clientes potenciales.
- Negociar contratos y cerrar acuerdos, garantizando la satisfacción del cliente.

**Requisitos**:
**El perfil que buscamos**:

- 3 años de experiência comprobada como Account Executive o en roles de ventas similares.
- Especialista en venta consultiva B2B a Departamentos de Recursos Humanos.
- Conocimiento sólido de tecnología y capacidad para entender soluciones de IA.
- Habilidad para comunicar de manera efectiva y presentar ideas de forma persuasiva.
- Orientación a resultados con historial de alcanzar y superar objetivos de ventas.
- Experiência en entornos startup será altamente valorada.
