**Process Manager (Cement Plants)**
**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the Regional Process Manager to develop, analyze, and identify methods, practices, and potential investments for all plants. These initiatives should contribute to the company's profitability by reducing costs, enhancing product quality, and improving throughput.
Provide solutions to complex technical problems and address technical needs related to processes that involve multiple disciplines.
Modify and implement internal standards, methods, and procedures in coordination with the corporate teams in Spain, with the aim of enhancing production capacity, quality, and process efficiencies.
Conduct audits, performance studies, and technical analyses from an operational standpoint.
Results Expected:
Conduct studies on investments, cost reduction, and new investment opportunities.
Optimize the performance of assets.
**Qualifications**:
Mandatory**:University degree in engineering**.
**Experience**:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in process engineering within the sector.
Experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational firm or on multinational projects.
Familiarity with the specific segment of our industry (Cement Plants).
**Language Requirements**:
Mandatory: High level of **English proficiency**.
