At CSL Vifor Spain we are currently looking for a Omnichannel Engagement Manager. The position is pivotal in supporting execution, and operational rollout of the rare disease assets nationally and across the range of available channels.

You will be directly reporting to Country Commercial Lead Rare Diseases. We are offering a flexible and hybrid working model (#LI-Hybrid).) Ideally you will come from a rare disease or high value specialty care background in digital marketing or brand management/brand lead type roles either in the Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry.

**Main Tasks**
- Achieve patient-driven goals by
- Act as an ambassador for CSL Vifor commitment to innovation
- Identify pain points and barriers in the Patient Journey and collaborate with the customer to address and overcome them to ensure the best possible outcome for patients
- Identify where the customer experience can be improved and make the improvements through omnichannel engagements
- Build and maintain important relationships with key decision makers involved in patient care.
- Business planning
- Create omnichannel engagement plans for HCP that sequence different cross functional activities
- Contribute to development of effective account plans using all data sources to maximize performance, adherence and ensuring stakeholder needs are addressed
- Drive patient identification and market development, by building and working towards national engagement plan.

**Your Profile**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong scientific/medical knowledge at Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Previous sales / Key Account Manager experience
- You engage, connect and build partnerships with customers remotely
- Business/Commercial orientation/acumen
- You have strong customer focus: demonstrated ability of creating win-win partnerships
- Mastery in influence mapping and using customer influence to gain credibility for projects
- Proven competency in securing funding and healthcare process understanding locally for hospital and retail administered products
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
