Under the leadership of the Sales Manager in charge of Industrial Laser Sources for Southern Europe, you join the Sales Department as Market Development Manager.

The purpose of this position is to manage the sales of products or services in the Materials Processing markets including: Automotive, Consumer Goods, Machine Tools markets in Spain.

Your main responsibilities are:

- Sell company’s products in the designated region and markets to existing (key) accounts and to new accounts
- Analyze and establish sales objectives for the assigned area in conjunction with your manager
- Identify and develop new business and product opportunities
- Work with business development and product managers to develop and implement new product launches, exhibits, seminars and other promotional activities
- Work with engineering, manufacturing, marketing and customer service to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Prepare timely and accurate lead generation in Salesforce, sales forecasts, lost business reports, quotations, product variances, activity reports and perform other administrative duties as needed
- Provide feedback from customers and from the field regarding the performance, quality and technical capabilities of Company’s as well as competitive products and services

Education and Work Experience:
With an Engineering Master degree preferably in Optics or Physics, you demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of experience in direct field with industrial customers contact.

In addition, you have
- Customer and results orientation, strong reporting lines to Sales, Marketing and Customer services
- High level of technical expertise, interest in Materials Processing markets
- Dynamic, efficient, high level of self-organization, able to handle several projects simultaneously
- Good interpersonal skills, good communication and convincing presentation capability
- Fluent English imperatively
