Airbus Defence and Space is looking for an **IT Product Manager ITSM H/F(f/m) **to join our team based in Getafe, Madrid.

**Your challenges**:
As a Product and Service Manager for one of our five separated but harmonized ITSM environments you are responsible to analyze and specify requirements of stakeholders, support harmonization activities and to manage and prioritize the tasks and activities of the ITSM provider.

Besides that, you will support all functional and/or technical integrations, processes and functionalities and manage deployment activities concerning all ITSM environments on an international base.
The national ITSM environments are underlying national security regulations which require a special mindfulness regarding the steering / management and deployment of functionalities.

**Your responsibilities / tasks**:

- Plan and manage all ITSM operational activities (add, change, delete) internationally in a harmonized way
- coordinate and plan provider activities
- control backlog
- Capture, analyze and describe requirements of stakeholders within ITSM perimeter
- Support plan and build activities related to the ITSM environments and manage handover to provider
- Ensure standardized and harmonized processes and tool implementations for all ITSM instances
- Ensure best practices for design and implementation of new requirements
- Focus on improved customer satisfaction and usability
- Secure implementation of business requirements in quality, cost and time following best practice procedures
- Definition of ITSM standard reports and procedures to cover reporting requirements in an effective way (national reporting and harmonized, aggregated reporting)
- Establish ITSM reporting strategy taking international requirements into consideration
- Ensure the availability of structured, detailed and up to date documentation
- Support effective, international communication within the team and between teams and service / product owners
- Support of continual improvement of the whole ITSM Service (international)
- Contribute to the implementation of new modules, interfaces, functionalities or enhancements within the area of ITSM and ensure to follow the rules related to efficiency, service orientation and end customer experience
- Provider (financials) steering
- Support in fulfilling national obligations related to ITSM environments

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related discipline
- 3 years of relevant quantitative and qualitative research and analytics experience
- Knowledge in ITIL V3 or V4: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, Asset and Configuration Management
- Fundamental knowledge in BMC Remedy (ITSM, Digital Workplace) and Service Now
- Communication skills
- English (Negotiation Level)
