We are looking for a highly capable IAM Product Delivery Manager to enhance the performance of our organization to ensure success as a IAM Product Delivery

Manager, you should possess extensive knowledge of IAM products and
experience in a similar role.

Main responsibilities:

- Sets the operating standards and best practices for IAM. Following

predefined general standards of practice carries out planned necessary
interventions to implement solution, including installing, upgrading or
decommissioning.
- Acts systematically to identify compatibility of software and hardware

specifications. Documents all activities during installation and records
deviations and remedial activities.
- Developing IAM features according to organizational needs.
- Ensures the integrity of IAM data by securing hardware (backup

procedures, data recovery, logging, post-incident start-up, etc.) and
electronic information (confidentiality, access)
- Performing IAM maintenance, upgrading hardware and software.

Documenting processes and complying with best practices in IAM.
- Systematically interprets user problems identifying the solutions and

possible side effects. Uses experience to identifying users’ problems. This
role is a technical coordinator between project Managers and developers'
technical support teams.
- Implements and provides guidance for the evolution of a IAM solutions.

Efficiently controls and schedules software or hardware modifications to
prevent multiple upgrades creating unpredictable outcomes.
- Ensures the integrity of the system by controlling the functional updates,

software or hardware additions and maintenance activities following
compliance with budget requirements.
- Takes proactive steps to ensure a stable and secure IAM infrastructure.

Systematically analyses performance data and communicates findings.
Track’s reliability data against service level agreement driving diagnostic
tests and evaluating performance metrics.
- Protecting data by developing data security and restoration policies,

procedures, and controls. Implements information security policy regarding
IAM ensures that security risks are analysed and managed with respect to
enterprise data and information. Reviews security incidents and makes
recommendations for continuous security enhancement.
- Keeping up to date with developments and trends in IAM.

The following IAM Products’ experience is required:

- Microsoft Active Directory 2012, 2016, 2019
- Solid knowledge for recovering Active Directory Forest
- Solid knowledge on Active Directory Security topics: Protocols, bastion, etc)
- GPO’s creation and management
- Active Roles Servers - roles management, permission assignement, tasks and dynamics’ groups
- Change Auditor for Active Directory
- Microsoft LAPS windows 2019 - Admin Password Enterprise
- Solid knowledge in scripting for Active Directory (PowerShell)
- Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
- Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022 - Installation and configuration
- Monitoring products on Active Directory environment (SCOM tool)
- PingFederate - Single Sign On (SSO)

Main skills Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in management information systems (MIS), computer science,
- information systems, or information technology.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in IAM products management.
- In-depth knowledge of IAM (Identity and Access Management),
- architecture, and data security.
- Knowledge of best practices in database management.
- Advanced analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
