Airbus Defence and Space is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and operation of the Workspace product within the Digital Workplace Product Service Line (PSL).
This role involves full end-to-end lifecycle management, overseeing strategic direction, financial performance, and operational success. The Product Manager will identify opportunities for growth, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure the product meets business needs, user expectations, and market trends.
Main Responsibilities:- End-to-End Product Strategy: Define and execute the product life cycle aligning with business needs, market trends, and company goals.
- Cross Divisional Approach: Represent Defence and Space for the workspace product in front of other Airbus divisions for harmonizing strategies.
- Multi-Functional Team Leadership: Lead a Product Multifunctional team (MFT) to manage the Workspace Product lifecycle.
The Workspace product directly impacts the daily working experience of tens of thousands of employees across different countries. Ensuring consistency of service, while adapting to local requirements, adds a significant level of complexity.
Requirements:- Master level: Information technology or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Project manager, product manager, and/or service management.
- Networking and Infrastructure: Understanding of collaboration tools.
- Team Management: Managing cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines.
English language: Professional level is mandatory. French, Spanish, or German will be a plus.
