Sales Coordinator – Payments

Setopay SL is a Payment Service Provider based in Marbella. We work with international merchants across iGaming, fintech, and high-risk sectors. We move fast and we expect the people around us to do the same.

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with hands-on experience in payment processing, PSP operations, or fintech. This is not an entry-level role.

What you will do

• Own the day-to-day coordination of the sales pipeline — lead tracking, follow-ups, documentation, CRM hygiene
• Prepare commercial proposals, contracts, and merchant onboarding documentation
• Support the sales team through the full merchant acquisition cycle — from first contact to live processing
• Chase outstanding items internally and externally without being asked twice
• Keep sales reports and performance tracking accurate and up to date
• Identify gaps in the sales process and flag them early

What we require

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, or a similar role — in a PSP, acquiring bank, payment processor, fintech, or SaaS company
• Familiarity with payment processing concepts: merchant onboarding, acquiring, chargebacks, settlement
• Excellent written and verbal English — you will communicate directly with international merchants and partners
• Comfortable with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and Google Workspace
• Detail-oriented and self-sufficient

• Candidates without experience in payments, PSP, or fintech
• Candidates who xqysrnh need heavy supervision to operate
• Remote work — this is a fully onsite role in Marbella
