Job Description Sous la direction générale du directeur des opérations, diriger et inspirer l'équipe de l'hôtel afin d'atteindre avec succès les objectifs commerciaux de l'entreprise et de l'hôtel en matière de gestion des ventes et des recettes, d'engagement des clients/employés et de marketing de la marque.
Veiller à ce que tous les services fonctionnent avec succès et efficacité et être capable de s'occuper des questions administratives, financières, de marketing et de gestion d'entreprise et d'assurer la planification et le bon fonctionnement de l'hôtel.
À quoi ressemble votre journée ?
Veiller à ce que les objectifs commerciaux soient atteints de manière appropriée et efficace au quotidien, tout en contribuant au développement stratégique et à la direction de l'hôtel, en accord avec la région.
Être pleinement responsable des personnes, des produits et des bénéfices au sein de l'hôtel - excellence de l'expérience client, maximisation des bénéfices par le biais des ventes et du rendement et exploitation des possibilités de croissance dans l'ensemble de l'entreprise.
Utiliser l'innovation pour atteindre les objectifs stratégiques à court et à long terme.
Assurer un leadership inspirant en motivant et en développant tous les employés afin qu'ils contribuent à la réussite globale de l'entreprise.
Contrôler et mettre en œuvre tous les programmes d'évaluation des clients et des clients mystères.
Communiquer régulièrement avec le directeur des opérations afin d'influencer la stratégie de l'hôtel, de la région et de l'entreprise à court et à long terme.
Veiller à ce que les systèmes de reporting et de contrôle de l'entreprise soient respectés.
Maximiser le potentiel individuel grâce à un engagement positif en faveur de la formation, du développement et de la planification de la relève à tous les niveaux, afin de répondre aux besoins actuels et futurs en matière de main-d'œuvre et de résoudre les problèmes commerciaux.
Diriger, développer, motiver et responsabiliser les employés afin qu'ils mettent en œuvre les meilleures pratiques opérationnelles, en identifiant les opportunités et en formulant des recommandations pour améliorer l'efficacité et la qualité du service et des normes d'exploitation.
Veiller à ce que l'hôtel dispose d'un personnel qualifié et motivé, capable de répondre aux attentes des clients en matière de service, telles qu'elles sont définies dans les documents relatifs à la stratégie de service et aux engagements en matière de qualité.
