Medical Representatives (Freelance), Gran Canaria, Innovative Dermatology Co An ambitious forward-thinking Swiss Dermatology company has an exciting career opportunity for freelance Medical Representatives to be based in Gran Canaria.
Stratpharma has, over the past 5 years, experienced tremendous growth in the European market and is continuing to build a team in Spain to further this success.
An ambitious company with impressive year-on-year growth, Stratpharma currently has 8 products on the market and has 5 more in development, which will be released soon, adding to an already strong portfolio.
The Medical Representative is responsible for delivering consistent performance results within a defined geographical area.
These individuals will promote breakthrough wound care, gynecology, radiotherapy, and dermatology products that launched into the Spanish market several years ago.
Tasks
Achieving and exceeding individual territory business and revenue goals.
Providing education and training to account staff.
Preparing and presenting business proposals including account metrics and benchmark information.
Identifying key customers and thought leaders within the territory.
Effectively and judiciously deploying the necessary resources to yield the greatest business impact.
Developing thorough account plans for all strategic customers.
Managing territory budget.
Executing the sales process effectively.
Delivering sales messages/presentations in an organized and effective manner.
Demonstrating exceptional product and competitive knowledge and using it effectively in planning and implementing sales presentations.
Organization/Time Management
Independently planning territory routing to consistently achieve territory account coverage.
Submitting all administrative reports, expense reports, and business plans accurately and in a timely manner.
Prioritizing daily tactics based on greatest business impact.
Customer Relations
Demonstrating a customer-centric approach to business planning, use of medical promotion skills, and the sales process.
Uncovering the customer's needs and providing the appropriate information, resources, and message to deliver maximum value.
Leveraging knowledge of key customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to identify the territory network in the plastic surgery community.
Developing and building long-term strategic business relationships with core customers.
Requirements
2+ years of current medical promotion experience within Gynecology, Radiotherapy, Wound Care, or Dermatology advantageous.
Experience promoting OTC or Rx products.
Call points include Pharmacies and Medical professionals.
Sales experience within prescription devices or drugs advantageous.
Must have excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
Able to work independently.
Documented medical promotion success.
English language skills advantageous.
University degree.
