**Adacyte Therapeutics** es una empresa multinacional comprometida con el desarrollo y la comercialización de tecnologías sanitarias únicas destinadas a mejorar la salud de los pacientes y su calidad de vida.
Gracias al crecimiento que está teniendo la empresa, estamos en búsqueda de una persona como **Business Support**, para dar soporte al equipo comercial y de marketing, con ganas de formar parte de un equipo apasionado que impulsa la innovación y el avance en el sector de la salud.
Las **funciones** a realizar son:
**Soporte al Equipo Comercial de España**
- Gestionar la asistencia a congresos regionales, asegurando un proceso fluido desde el envío de información hasta la facturación.
- Coordinar y asegurar el cumplimiento en el pago de patrocinios en congresos regionales y nacionales.
- Organizar eventos promocionales propios, desde el diseño del programa, pagos honorarios ponentes, hasta la logística de asistencia.
- Gestionar rotaciones, incluyendo la reserva de hoteles, cenas, coordinación de traslados y pagos de honorarios.
- Colaborar en la coordinación y reservas de asistencia a eventos para el personal.
- Soporte en el control presupuestario.
**Soporte al Responsable de Marketing internacional**
- Soporte al responsable de marketing en la gestión del material promocional, incluyendo tareas como coordinación con proveedores, coordinación de traducciones, proceso interno de aprobación de material promocional o seguimiento de la facturación y del gasto.
- Coordinar con proveedores y gestionar la logística para congresos europeos y organización de eventos propios. Trato con las secretarías de los congresos.
- Dar soporte en la organización de advisory boards con tareas como pago de honorarios participantes o coordinación logística asistencia.
- Brindar soporte en comunicación corporativa, website y RRSS.
- Gestionar el stock de material promocional.
Estamos buscando a una persona con **estudios superiores en Administración y Marketing**, con **experiência **en una posición similar de **mínimo 2 años** y con un **buen nível de inglés **y **Office**. Se valorará positivamente que tenga conocimientos de SAP.
Nos gustaría encontrar a una persona proactiva, ágil, resolutiva e implicada, con habilidades de servicio al cliente (interno/externo) y buena comunicación, con capacidad para trabajar en equipo, organizado y con atención al detalle.
