Let's go Vivid Vision surge de la mano de dos emprendedores que llevan en el mundillo empresarial desde hace más de 25 años: Rafael Tamames , empresario, conferenciante y founder de varias compañías, entre ellas Vivid Vision y Manuel Gómez , Director Estratégico con un largo recorrido en consultoría y comunicación corporativa de activos digitales.
Con su larga trayectoria empresarial y sus conocimientos en emprendimiento, estrategia y gestión de equipos, deciden constituir Vivid Vision Ventures , un Venture Studio especializado en transformar visiones emprendedoras en éxitos tangibles .
Su estrategia se centra en el acompañamiento personalizado de startups y scaleups mediante mentorías de alto impacto y consultoría efectiva.
Tu evolución ¿Cuál será mi rol dentro de Vivid Vision?
En Vivid Vision tienen la firme voluntad de hacer crecer la empresa, uniendo talento transformador a la experiencia.
El objetivo y los cimientos son claros: startups, scaleups y empresarios que necesitan de Vivid Vision para pasar a la siguiente pantalla empresarial y evolucionar.
Es por ello que están buscando incorporar una persona que asuma el rol de Sales Development Representative (SDR) , alguien que se encargue principalmente de identificar y cualificar potenciales clientes y seguir generando nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
Responsabilidades Buscar nuevos leads por tierra, mar y aire.
Conseguir nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
Implementar nuevas herramientas necesarias para la generación de leads .
Documentar casos de éxito, aprendizajes y puntos de mejora.
Ampliar tu stack tecnológico.
Mantener y hacer crecer una cartera de clientes.

En Vivid Vision tienen cierta flexibilidad horaria, podrás organizar tus 8 horas laborales entre las 8:00h AM hasta las 19:00h PM.
Su foco es trabajar por objetivos y que cada uno sea dueño de su tiempo, así que puedes organizarte según tu horario, en aquellas horas en las que seas más productivo/a, siempre respetando el horario y las necesidades del equipo.
Requisitos Al menos 2-3 años de experiencia trabajando como SDR.
Experiencia trabajando con Google Ads o herramienta similar.
Muy buena capacidad de comunicación, tanto oral como escrita .
Experiencia en generación y fidelización de leads .
Trabajo en equipo: pedir ayuda y saber prestarla cuando sea necesario.
Gusto por trabajar con personas y para personas.
Gestión de campañas digitales y proveedores.
Les dejarías boquiabiertos si además… Tienes experiencia trabajando con startups/scaleups.
Dominas el inglés.
Eres proactivo/a, con hambre de seguir aprendiendo.
22 días de vacaciones + el día de tu cumpleaños.
Equipo necesario para que puedas trabajar cómodamente.
