You will maintains highest levels of engagement across all teams and supports them with their development. You will drive the Stryker talent offense strategy across the region.Who you are: You have a Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Finance, or other related area.You have a minimum of 10+ years of relevant working experience in pricing, tenders and contracts.You have ideally, experience in people management, either as a team leader or senior specialist, driving improvement and engagement among team members
