Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Schneider Electric. As a key member of our Digital Power Application Center (iDPAC) Business Unit, you will be responsible for delivering large-scale customer projects related to our Digital Power Systems and Services.
Key Responsibilities- Project Delivery: Lead and execute customer projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Management: Manage project teams throughout the project lifecycle, including task planning, progress monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate execution risks, and proactively lead and resolve associated issues.
- Communication: Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, project teams, and management.
- Financial Management: Take full accountability for project profitability, including forecasting, engagement follow-up, and re-forecasting.

- Strong project management skills, with experience in leading large-scale customer projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and financial management skills, with the ability to manage project profitability.
