Sin una función de distribución, respaldada por una amplia gama de servicios técnicos y de soporte comercial, muchos productos que utilizas nunca llegarían al mercado, y es probable que el hardware y el software en tu hogar u oficina hayan pasado por nuestros almacenes hasta estar en el mercado.Para la ampliación de nuestro equipo de CISCO en Madrid, buscamos un Administrative Cisco Support para dar apoyo al equipo y que trabaje para la consecución de los objetivos de procesamiento de datos en SAP, órdenes de compra, pedidos y escalados en el equipo. Entre sus responsabilidades estarán:Responsable de elaborar informes diarios sobre los pedidos pendientes de los clientes de acuerdo con el calendario y el SLA acordados con el cliente.Apoyar todos los aspectos relacionados con la obtención de la mejor información, actualizaciones para cada informe y transmitir estos detalles tanto al cliente como al departamento de ventas de TD SYNNEX.Priorizar las tareas propias para garantizar que se cumplen los plazos o SLA acordados.Desarrollar relaciones sólidas con ventas internas.Buscamos una persona que tenga conocimiento de:El mercado informático - Cómo funciona el canal.Principales competidores de TD SYNNEX.Orientado a cliente.Excelentes skills organizativos.Muy valorable conocimientos o experiencia en SAP R3.Conocimiento a nivel usuario de Word, Excel, Outlook.Trabajarás en un entorno internacional para una organización Fortune Top 100.
