Nos encargamos del diseño y el lanzamiento de las campañas de marketing y ventas, la elaboración del contenido digital de los programas formativos y la gestión académica. Global Alumni está en plena expansión y para poder cumplir con nuestros objetivos de crecimiento necesitamos incorporar Asesores de Admisiones para venta consultiva de nuestros Programas Executive Education. ¿Cuáles serán tus funciones? Venta consultiva de programas de Executive Education de prestigiosas universidades a nivel mundialAsesoramiento académico y matriculación de alumnos para importantes universidades a nivel internacional.Seguimiento de los leads (alumnos potenciales) durante todo el proceso: contacto inicial, asesoramiento, admisión y cierre de venta.Formar parte de un equipo dinámico, internacional y en pleno crecimiento.Salario: Compuesto por un salario base + variable por consecución de objetivos de ventas.Posibilidad de estudiar y aprender en las mejores universidades del mundo.Horario principalmente de tardes.Modelo de trabajo presencial en zona de Méndez Álvaro en MadridRequisitos mínimos¿Cómo nos gustaría que fuera tu perfil? Experiencia en venta consultiva y asesoramiento académico.Español (nativo). Valorable otros idiomas: inglés, portugués (avanzado),Empatía y asertividad para poder realizar un asesoramiento y venta telefónica de servicios.Motivación por trabajar bajo objetivos de ventas y KPIs.Actitud proactiva y colaborativa.Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.Ambición y ganas de desarrollarse dentro de un proyecto educativo en expansión y asumir nuevos retos.Valorable: Conocimientos de CRM de ventas (HubSpot o Salesforce).No te quedes atrás, súmate a la transformación digital de la educación
