Marketing/ Customer Success Manager (w/m/d) in München unbefristet, in Vollzeit
Diese Aufgaben vertrauen wir dir an: Du bist als 'face to the customer' für eine langfristige Betreuung unserer Kunden zuständig. Dabei unterstützt du sie bei der Nutzung unserer Maven360 Produkte. Mit deinem umfangreichen Kundenwissen unterstützt du das Produktteam kontinuierlich bei der Weiterentwicklung neuer Produkte, um den Kundennutzen zu maximieren. Du erreichst Pharmahersteller offline bei Kongressen, Experten-Talks und Events. Du erhöhst die Markenbekanntheit von Maven360 bei unserer exklusiven Zielgruppe. Du treibst selbstständig Projekte voran und trägst die Verantwortung dafür. Du hast Einfluss auf die Marketingstrategie und hast intensiven Kontakt zur Geschäftsleitung. Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in einem Studiengang mit E-Commerce-, Big-Data-, Wirtschafts- oder Kommunikationsbezug oder überzeugst uns anderweitig von deinen Fähigkeiten. Idealerweise bringst du bereits praktische Erfahrungen in den Bereichen E-Commerce, Online-Marketing oder Consulting mit; Kenntnisse im Pharmabereich sind dabei von Vorteil. Im Tech-Environment fühlst du dich wohl und kennst die aktuellen Trends im E-Commerce. Du bringst ein sehr ausgeprägtes analytisches Verständnis sowie Spaß am Umgang mit Daten mit, welche dir bei der Interpretation von Reportings und Analysen sehr hilfreich sind. Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert und strukturiert; dabei bringst du ein KPI gebundenes Mindset mit. Du hast ein hohes Kundenverständnis und bringst sehr starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit.
