We highly value the contributions of each of our 800+ employees, providing them with ample opportunities for growth and the development of invaluable skills.Your missions:As part of the Revenue Operations team, your role will be to automate and maximize the activity of the Inside Sales, Data, Product, CRM, and Customer Success teams. On a daily basis, you will:Understand and continuously improve the Sales Pipeline,Frame B2B projects with the relevant business and technical teams in order to implement new processes/tools,Create reports for B2B teams and top management (performance/forecasting),Ownership of our in-house partner payment system and its enhancement to improve partner performance,Participate in the design and automation of internal operational processes in a cross-team environment - code & no/low code,Conduct ad-hoc analysis via SQL of the various stages in the B2B acquisition funnel & recommendations,Benchmark new processes/tools to improve B2B delivery.Your profile:2+ years of experience working as salesops/revops or product/consulting/project management,Experience working in/with B2B sales teams and their sales funnel,Great project management skills,Great analytical level (SQL mastery is a plus),Good communication skills, able to deal with a large variety of profiles (sales, CRM, developers),Experience managing a CRM is a big plus (Hubspot preferably),Fluent in English, mastery of French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus,Motivated to provide a high level of impact and to be proactive in your scope,Python/SQL/no code tool mastery are big pluses,Technological curiosity around SaaS and AI is greatly appreciated.What we offer:By joining papernest you will benefit from a package composed of:Stock options (BSPCE)Bonus on OKRSanitas health insurance, covered at 50% by papernestFlexible Remuneration System, allowing you to dedicate a part of your salary to tax-free services (restaurants, childcare, transport), and thus save money... and you will be part of a working environment which is:Flexible thanks to a remote-friendly policy (possibility of 2 days of home office per week)Inclusive, everyone has their place at papernest, and with more than 46 different nationalities, it is not uncommon to start a sentence in English and finish in French or Spanish
