Estamos comprometidos con la creación de una organización de inclusión y diversidad, en la que todos se sientan implicados, respetados, valorados y conectados, y en la que todos sean libre de aportar su auténtico yo y sus ideas.Resumen del puesto:El Sales Engineer, reportando al responsable de la zona, será responsable de elevar y gestionar iniciativas de venta de todo el portfolio de Xylem, ademas de los productos relativos a After Market & Service.Implementará estrategias de venta, en continuo alineamiento con el equipo directivo, proporcionando soporte técnico a la totalidad de la fuera de ventas de la zona establecida. Así mismo, reportará de forma continua la tendencia y situación del mercado, estado de los pedidos y ofertas, así como la información de venta relevante.Será responsable de alcanzar todos los objetivos de ventas y pedidos, facturación y base instalada en su área de actuación.Principales responsabilidades:- Persona clave y responsable de todo el portfolio de Xylem y sobre la base instalada, para mejorar, potenciar y maximizar las oportunidades de mercado.- Ayudar y colaborar con toda la fuerza comercial, estableciendo relaciones de credibilidad y colaboracion con los clientes y equipos relevantes, desde el punto de vista técnico.- Identificar todas las oportunidades de mercado que puedan proporcionar valor añadido al cliente, proponiendo mejora continua junto con el responsable de servicio de la zona, todos los ajustes acordes a la estrategia de la compañía.- Implementar y ejecutar todas las acciones estratégicas en su área de actuación.- Convertirse en la persona de referencia desde el punto de vista técnico, junto con los ingenieros de campo, para realizar auditorías en instalaciones, generar reportes técnicos, proponer mejoras de eficiencia energética, ejecutar contratos de mantenimiento.- Persona clave para la generación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio de forma proactiva al respecto de piezas de repuesto, reparación de equipos, nuevos contratos de mantenimiento, ejecución de instalaciones, puestas en marcha, reparación de equipos.- Control de la base instalada de Xylem, y de la competencia.Requisitos mínimos:- Al menos 5 años de experiência en posiciones comerciales / técnico-comerciales en empresa del sector del ciclo integral del agua.- Estudios universitarios en Ingeniería o similar- Clara orientación comercial y de cliente- Analítico, organizado, capacitado para planificaciones.- Español nativo - muy valorable inglés- Carnét de conducir B1Requisitos adicionales:- Experencia en el sector del ciclo integral del agua con clientes focalizados tanto en la explotación de installaciones en sectores públicos.- Experiência en el sector industrial- Conocimiento técnico en paneles electricos, variadores, PLC, instrumentacion, hidráluica, mecánica.LOCATION: SevillaCONTRACT: Full time, Contrato Indefinido, FULL REMOTETRAVEL: 60% del tiempoBENEFIT: bonus + company car + seguro médico y seguro de vidaJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
