Buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo de Marketing en Alcobendas, un perfil que lidere las estrategias y planes de producto, las acciones de marketing del portfolio de ciclos y especializaciones que ofrece XTART FP, en sus vertientes presencial y online y en sus verticales de actividad en las diferentes sedes en España.

Funciones del Product Marketing Manager en XTART Desarrollar y ejecutar el plan de marketing para la línea de producto: ciclos y especializaciones, de acuerdo a los objetivos de negocio.
Profundo análisis y conocimiento del sector educativo y su evolución, de las tendencias de mercado, competencia y consumidores.
Análisis de productos actuales, medición, definición de KPI´s para su mejora constante y correcto posicionamiento en el mercado.
Desarrollo y conceptualización de nuevos productos y su lanzamiento para la comercialización: recomendaciones de mejora constantes.
Definición del plan de comunicación por producto, interlocución con agencias partners.
Propuesta y coordinación de eventos relacionados con lanzamiento o productos core, apoyando al equipo de ventas y CX en la consecución de objetivos de negocio.
Control del presupuesto de MKT en su línea asignada.
Coordinación transversal con los equipos de MKT de campañas y contenidos, Ventas, CRM, y analítica digital.
Requisitos Formación profesional o titulación universitaria afin con el área de marketing.
Experiencia +5 años en posición similar y de responsabilidad.
Experiencia liderando proyectos, productos y contenidos del sector educación, formación o e-learning.
Herramientas digitales y ofimática (entorno Microsoft).
Manejo de CRM: Salesforce, Hubspot.
Habilidades analíticas y de interlocución multidepartamental.
