.We are on the lookout for a Regional Sales Director to lead our French sales team for Predictive Maintenance & OEE. We have a passionate, entrepreneurial and international team and we cannot wait to welcome youYour challengeYou will mainly contribute to and work on one key strategic objective: the commercial growth of Sensorfact. Currently, we already have more than 1800 customers. If you join our team, you will work on further expanding our client portfolio and revenue.You would do this by:Forecasting, reporting on and achieving demand generation and revenue targets of your team; Recruiting, hiring, coaching, and managing your team; Collaborating with salesleadership for targeted training and development of team members; Motivating the team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship; Providing insightful feedback and reporting to the broader sales leadership team.Your profileThis role is perfect for you, if you meet the following:At least 5 years of experience building & managing a high performing sales team; Experience driving results in a direct, outbound sales environment with short sales cycles; Experienced in using & optimizing CRMs (we use Hubspot) and other supporting sales software; (Near) native level French speaker with business proficiency in English; High energy, willingnessto learn and a self-starter.
