LOCATION: Alrededores de Barcelona (Spain) HR ManagerHR, Organisation and QualityAlrededores de Barcelona (Spain) Ref: KG0437 July 23, 2024 INDUSTRY AND CAPITAL GOODS FUNCTIONS Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un perfil de HR Manager para desarrollar e implementar las estrategias de recursos humanos en la empresa.Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con los diversos departamentos de la empresa para garantizar la alineación de las políticas y prácticas con los objetivos empresariales.Principales Responsabilidades:1.- Selección de Talento:• Dirigir el proceso de reclutamiento y selección de personal, asegurando la contratación de candidatos calificados.• Diseñar e implementar el proceso de Onboarding para las nuevas incorporaciones de la compañía.2.- Desarrollo interno:• Diseñar y gestionar sistemas de evaluación del desempeño para asegurar el crecimiento continuo de los empleados.• Desarrollar y mantener relaciones con universidades y otras instituciones para atraer talento.• Proporcionar retroalimentación constructiva y asesoramiento a los equipos.• Implementar programas de formación y desarrollo para empleados, alineados con las necesidades de la empresa.• Evaluar la efectividad de los programas de capacitación y hacer ajustes cuando sea necesario.3.- Gestión del Cambio:• Colaborar en la implementación de cambios organizativos y programas de gestión del cambio.• Asegurar que los empleados comprendan y adopten los cambios de manera efectiva.4.- Gestión de datos en el área:• Utilizar datos y análisis para tomar decisiones informadas sobre prácticas de recursos humanos.• Crear y presentar informes de métricas de recursos humanos a la alta dirección.5.- Clima y Cultura Organizacional:• Fomentar un ambiente de trabajo positivo y una cultura organizacional alineada con los valores de la empresa.• Implementar iniciativas para mejorar el compromiso y la satisfacción de los empleados.Reporte directo a Propiedad.Requisitos:• Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Psicología Organizacional, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado.• Formación especializada en Dirección y Gestión de Personas (deseable).• Más de 5 años de experiencia comprobada en un rol como HR Manager, implementando mejoras en el área.• Inglés B2 y Catalán avanzado.• Conocimiento de las leyes laborales y prácticas recomendadas en recursos humanos (deseable).Competencias:• Orientación al cliente interno.• Habilidad de comunicación y relaciones interpersonales.• Habilidad para trabajar de manera colaborativa.• Adaptabilidad y capacidad para gestionar el cambio.• Capacidad analítica y resolución de problemas.• Integridad y ética profesional.• Proactividad Junto a un reconocido Grupo industrial ubicado en los alrededores de Barcelona.
