Oferta de empleo : HR Manager Empresa : Daher En Daher , nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un HR Manager para unirse a nuestro equipo en ubicación . Buscamos a un profesional con al menos 3 años de experiencia en Recursos Humanos, con un enfoque en la gestión del talento. Descripción del puesto : El HR Manager será responsable de planificar, desarrollar e implementar estrategias relacionadas con la gestión de talento en la empresa. Será el encargado de reclutar, seleccionar, capacitar y retener a los mejores profesionales para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos organizacionales. Responsabilidades : Diseñar e implementar programas de reclutamiento y selección para atraer talento. Desarrollar planes de capacitación y desarrollo para mejorar las competencias de los empleados. Gestionar el proceso de evaluación del desempeño y establecer metas y objetivos claros. Mantener un clima laboral positivo y fomentar la comunicación efectiva en la organización. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de Recursos Humanos. Participar en la elaboración de presupuestos de personal y en la gestión de costos laborales. Colaborar con otras áreas de la empresa para garantizar la satisfacción y el bienestar de los empleados. Requisitos : Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Psicología Organizacional o carrera afín. Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en posiciones similares. Conocimientos sólidos en legislación laboral y gestión del talento. Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación. Orientación al logro de resultados y al trabajo por objetivos. En Daher , valoramos el talento y la dedicación de nuestro equipo.
