One Player Mission are thrilled to be working with an exciting AAA studio, located in Barcelona. The client is seeking a HR Manager to join their team and oversee the HR administrative functions.

As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient HR operations and supporting the needs of their employees. You will collaborate with the HR team, the Talent Team, and other stakeholders to deliver comprehensive HR administrative support.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Extensive & proven experience in HR in Spain, preferably within the gaming or similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, including payroll, benefits administration, and recordkeeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling HR documentation and data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish labour laws and regulations related to HR administration.
- Experience in international companies or diverse work environments.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee record management, HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) administration, and data entry.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and files in compliance with legal requirements, data protection and privacy regulations.
- Oversee the administration of HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR policies.
- Review and assist in payroll processes. Liaise with finance or providers to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Liaise with the C&B team and administer employee benefits programs, including enrolment, changes, and claims resolution.
- Knowledge and expertise in dealing with tax issues and Social Security related to HR (national and international).
- Provide guidance and support to the Relocation specialist regarding relocation and visa-related inquiries.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating paperwork, preparing orientation materials, and conducting employee orientation sessions.
- Process employee terminations and ensure proper documentation and offboarding procedures are followed.
- Ensure compliance with Spanish labour laws and regulations in relation to HR administrative processes and recordkeeping.
