SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE - UK MARKETOur client is an HR Software startup founded four years ago with the mission of helping small and medium companies automate HR workflows, centralize people data and make better business decisions. Currently serves thousands of customers in over 60 countries all over the world and across industries. Most importantly, it has built a super talented team of over +90 people in its headquarters in Barcelona.ABOUT THE ROLE:The company strives to become a leader among the HR management software in Europe and outside Europe, scale up the organization, along with their sales team. So, this is a potentially fast-growing career opportunity within a hyper-growing company.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for the development of our Sales Pipeline.Work closely with the Country Manager and Account Executives.Work on developing new sales strategies and analyze the current ones which will make you an important part of our Growth Strategy.WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:You are a native/native-level English speaker.You have 1+ year of experience in Sales at a SaaS-based company.You have a solid understanding of how to roll out successful outbound campaigns.You know how to implement an efficient qualification methodology through curiosity.You are ambitious, self-motivated, energetic, and a goal achiever.You can prioritize and switch focus quickly.You are proactive and recognize new opportunities.Bonus Points:
