**Lleego es una solución de negocio End to End para agencias de viajes y aerolíneas, capaz de conectarse simultáneamente con múltiples proveedores de servicios de transporte en tiempo real.

Lleego optimiza el flujo de venta y gestión, homogeneizando toda la funcionalidad de los distintos proveedores, sirviendo el producto a través de un Single API / UI de alta capacidad.
Desde 2016 venimos prestando nuestros servicios a las agencias de viajes más importantes de España y Portugal, creciendo e incorporando nuevos clientes incluso durante la pandemia.
Ahora nos encontramos en plena fase de expansión internacional con clientes en diferentes mercados y sumando nuevos productos como Rent a Car, Train, Data BI y Payment, entre otros.

**Oferta de empleo**:
**¿CÓMO SERÁ TU DÍA A DÍA CUANDO TE UNAS AL EQUIPO?
**:
- Te integrarás dentro de nuestra **área de Producto** en Lleego
- Serás el/la encargado/a de dar **servicio **al cliente desde el momento que se establece el uso de la herramienta
- Como parte de tu rutina llevarás a cabo tareas de **atención al cliente** **y soporte** para grandes corporaciones de viajes
- Serás quien gestione las necesidades del **cliente** mediante una correcta comunicación y gestión de incidencias
- Realizarás labores de **onboarding** del producto para los nuevos clientes
- Participarás en el** testeo** y desarrollo de nuevas funcionalidades de la herramienta
- Recogerás las **incidencias** detectadas por el cliente para, a continuación, trasladarlas al equipo de desarrollo y estar al tanto de su resolución
- Elaborarás manuales y documentación técnica, vídeos, para las **presentaciones** llevadas a cabo durante el asesoramiento y atención a los clientes
- En definitiva, contamos con que seas nuestro/a principal **embajador/a de la marca** y sus valores, para asegurar la excelencia en la experiência del cliente
**REQUISITOS**:
- **Formación**: Titulación relacionada con el Turismo
- Al menos **2 años de experiência** previa en puesto similar, preferiblemente dando soporte y atención al cliente corporativo
- Experiência con alguna **herramientas del sector Travel** como por ejemplo: Amadeus, Travelport, Sabre, Cytric, Concur
- **
Idiomas**: tendrás que tener un nível fluido tanto de inglés como de español, y nos encantará que traigas también un segundo idioma (francés, alemán, italiano, portugués)
- Nível alto en el uso del **paquete Office**
- Por último y lo más importante: si entre tus **Soft Skills**, destacan tus dotes para comunicarte, colaborar, tener paciencia, tomar decisiones y tener empatíaeres la persona que estamos buscando
