.Cledara is looking for a Performance Marketing (PPC) Manager / Director (depending on experience) to join our growing Marketing team to plan and activate campaigns across Paid Search and Paid Social to drive customer growth at our wonderful offices in downtown Barcelona. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing team that needs an experienced digital marketing leader to accelerate our growth.Note: This role is 100% in English and only CVs in English (and preferably with a cover letter) will be considered.Learn about Cledara and the role below. We look forward to hearing from youTasks What will you be doing?Manage all PPC activity across Google Ads and LinkedIn, continually testing and learning to optimize campaigns to hit targets.Build, test and continually optimize landing pages to drive conversions and lead quality.Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure consistency of brand and key messages and support wider integrated campaigns.Partner with sales teams to use tools and technology (HubSpot, Calen.Dy, Saleslofty, Salesforce) to improve sales efficiency and insights to increase lead conversion velocity through the sales funnel.Optimize campaigns, build and test new audiences, and manage creative development.Requirements About You: You are a 'solution-seeker', not a 'problem spotter'. You want that job.What skills and experience do you need?You thrive in funnel analytics and live and breathe MQL, SQL, and attribution.6+ years of highly analytical experience in B2B acquisition, growth, or demand generation marketing. You know how to run campaigns and how to get successful results out of digital channels.You have deep experience manipulating data from paid and organic search to best inform your paid efforts.Advanced Google Ads, Tag Manager, Search Console, and Analytics experience is essential.Paid social ads experience, particularly LinkedIn.Hands-on in analyzing, optimizing & evolving existing campaigns with keyword research skills.A data-driven, revenue-centric mindset that thrives on building and growing a modern B2B demand engine underpinned by robust marketing attribution.A growth mindset with a results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating).High level of curiosity: You are very interested in learning and discovering new things and have sharp ideas to improve and optimize current processes and tools.You are an expert in your field, are curious, with a hunger to question, analyze, challenge & innovate
