We have people working all over the world, including Canada, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and moreTo grow our team, we're looking for a Nonprofit Partnerships Representative based in Barcelona.What you'll do: You will be in charge of developing mainly the Indian and UK markets. After initial training, your main objective will be to expand our operations with companies in that regionWhile you'll have a great degree of autonomy and will be part of the office in Barcelona, you will also be fully connected with the rest of the Benevity team across the globe, including marketing, sales and product functions, who will do their very best to make sure your objectives are reached successfullyQualifying and contacting new leads in charitable organizations, via email, cold calls and social networksGathering information about Nonprofits needs and collaboration opportunities on how to shape the best Benevity solution and offeringGenerating leads with well qualified prospects, booking demos for the Account ExecutivesBrainstorming on new solutions to further develop our offering on Employee Volunteering and Nonprofit partnerships.What you'll bring:A demonstrated passion for and alignment with the mission of supporting nonprofit organizations, with strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport and trustExperience in roles requiring strong communication and relationship-building skills, such as in customer service, sales, community engagement, or nonprofit advocacy rolesCapability to understand prospects needs and negotiating contractsBe fluent in English, and Hindi.
