About the role The Inside Sales Representative role is essential to our company's sales performance in the B2B segment, as it provides invaluable help and support to the rest of the commercial team, enabling the wider organization to expand lead generation and improve conversion. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, generating new business leads, and managing the pipeline via cold calling, emailing, etc. to identify potential leads and line up sales calls / visits for Market Managers. Responsibilities: Outbound communication via cold calling and emails to identify potential leads. Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up. Line up and organize sales calls, web demos, and sales visits. Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest. Share best practices and make recommendations to increase efficiency and effectiveness in closing partnerships. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly KPIs. Participate in the preparation and handling of negotiations with potential partners. Work side by side with Market Managers, Sales Ops, and the wider Commercial team in everyday operations. Collect market/industry feedback and present new business opportunities. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat. Identify business opportunities within the existing customer base (farming). Process leads from customers within our CRM and ensures Sales Excellence. Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches. requirements: They have work experience in sales. Experience in B2B sales preferably in SaaS, travel, or travel tech industry. In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Strong phone presence with previous experience in high volume cold calling Customer-oriented mentality with excellent communication skills. Hands-on experience with ERP or CRM systems. Multitasking skills, eager to take on varied tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. Tenacity and drive to seek new business opportunities and meet or exceed targets. Passionate, committed, and results-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit. Self-motivated and hands-on with a true teamwork mentality. Digital native: fluent in web and digital technologies. Ability to analyze sales figures and write reports. Uncompromising attention to detail. Ace problem-solving skills. A friendly and upbeat personality.
