Schedule: Monday - Friday 08:00-20:00 / Weekends: 09:00 - 18:00 (Rotational shifts)

Salary: 22,000 EUR/ year

About Us: Join our dynamic team in Barcelona, providing technical support to customers of a leading car electrical charger manufacturer.

As a Customer Service Tech Support specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and technical assistance to our valued customers across Dutch-speaking markets.

Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer inquiries (via phone/email), logging details into our case management systems and providing timely responses within SLAs. Resolve technical incidents and requests that require a deeper understanding of our product. Support customers with technical inquiries related to car electrical chargers. Ensure all service requests are progressed and closed satisfactorily using our call management systems. Proactively update customers on the status and resolution progress of their inquiries. Monitor and manage all open queries effectively, ensuring SLAs are maintained. Escalate issues to appropriate levels of support when necessary. Collaborate closely with team members and management to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Perform additional tasks as required by the assigned manager to support team goals. Requirements: Fluent in Dutch (native proficiency) and B2 level in English. Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles preferred. Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Proven ability to achieve and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
