Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, as well as industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to process enhancements.
- Manage and track customer support tickets in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within fintech, banking, or a tech-related industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented with a passion for helping customers.
- Experience with CRM tools and customer support platforms (Zoho/Zoho CRM) is a plus.
- Fully proficient in English, with additional languages including Spanish being a plus.
