To achieve this, we need people who can shape the future of our business and help us on our journey to becoming the best fast-moving consumer healthcare company in and for the world.The Customer Engagement Lead/Area Manager owns the strategy of the designated customers (Pharmacies & wholesalers), from strategy to execution taking into account: people, commercial policy implementation, future channel development & overall return.Be the ambassador of the new ways of selling and become a reference for the whole team on the what & how for both hard & soft skills.Main Responsibilities1) Strategic vision (30%) & operational excellence (70%)Frame development and management of independent pharmacist team performance and assigned wholesalers accounts:Plan promotion and recommendation activity aligned to Trade and Shopper marketing strategy for brands.Liaise with trade marketing on category management projects to achieve optimum levels of display, distribution, promotion and detailing plan execution.Analyze market developments and formulate appropriate proposals to develop growth opportunities, including customer specific activities where appropriate. Assess market activity/trends at point of purchase in order to identify new strategic opportunities.Setting up & Tracking the channel targets (according to the budget assumptions).Monitor & drive the daily, monthly, quarterly and annual achievement of strategic objectives.Input into IBP process (accurate and timely forecasts to the Supply Chain department)Management & maintenance of Field related tools (CRM – Detailing App – Training app etc)2) Key Account Management: for the assigned key accounts need to ensure excellence in execution:KAM Master plan (identifying priorities by month/promotional cycle).Drive and execute commercial plan in the assigned wholesaler's3) People Management: Lead, coach and motivate a sales team to high performance (pharmacy sales reps)About youExperience:+10 years OTC/FMCG experienceKey account management and/or team leadershipKnowledge of the local retail healthcare market is a plus.Strong knowledge of strategic selling & customer relationship management skills.Soft and technical Skills:Be an influential & passionate leader in commercialLeadership skillsStrategy: anticipate problems and propose solutions, have a holistic vision both internally and externally, be able to manage the short, medium and long term through information analysis
