Working with us means engaging with a very talented and international team in the challenging world of high technology imaging.Join us to brighten your futurePosition Summary and ResponsibilitiesFACILITIES SUPPORT:Attend the visitors and provide them general support.Liaise with office suppliers/vendors.Manage and solve the facility issues under the supervision of the General Manager.Organize the office events and all staff meetings.Provide other administrative and operational support to the General Manager in regards to the facilities.HR HS SUPPORT:Coordinate the annual medical checks.Run the regular fire extinguishing system and first aid kit check.Coordinate the health and safety trainings.Manage the regular HS reports.Provide administrative support to all the labour tasks in coordination with the external labour advisor and the supervision of the HR site Manager.Coordinate and maintain the clocking system, including regular reports.Manage all the new starters and leavers administrative tasks.Organize the training agendas and monitor the sessions, including the hot and cold assessments.Provide recruitment administrative support.Contribute to the continuous improvement of Procedures, Policies and Work Instructions, ensuring best practices.Contribute to the HR regular metrics reporting for areas of responsibility.General administrative support to the HR site Manager.QualificationsTo be successful in this role you are likely to have the following skills/experience/qualifications:Professional qualification in administrative assistance.Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to prepare and read documents.C1 English level.Ability to resolve and manage highly complex multi-faceted tasks.Experience dealing with different cultures is highly convenient, due to our truly international working environment.Previous experience in a busy environment.Previous experience of helpdesk operations or similar support role is desirable.Proactive and self-motivated, confident team worker.Ability to demonstrate professionalism, discretion and confidentiality at all times.Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word and Powerpoint.Knowledge of SAP Success Factors would be advantageous.
